Tasting Notes

Vibrant and fresh with rich berry and spicy fruit and added complexity from a touch of aged material. The wine has great length, a creamy mousse and a refined finish.

Winemaking Notes

Made from a blend of shiraz from various parcels of our 2021 vintage. The sparkle was put into this wine using the traditional bottle fermentation method. This wine has a minimum of 6 months yeast lees maturation and after disgorging was liquored to a sugar level of 15.5g/L. Alcohol is 13.8%

Food Matches

This wine will be great with roast pork or turkey.

Drinking Tip

Well chilled on a sunny winter’s day whilst turning steaks on the barbie or at any time there is a reason to celebrate.
