Tasting Notes
Vibrant and fresh with rich berry and spicy fruit and added complexity from a touch of aged material. The wine has great length, a creamy mousse and a refined finish.
Winemaking Notes
Made from a blend of shiraz from various parcels of our vintages across a range of vintages. The sparkle was put into this wine using the traditional bottle fermentation method. This wine has a minimum of 12 months yeast lees maturation and after disgorging was liquored to a sugar level of 14g/L. Alcohol is 14%

This wine will be great with roast pork or turkey.
