The wine has honeysuckle and spicy aromas and a tangy lemon-meringue finish. The skin contact fermentation of this dry wine not only accentuates these characters, it increases the creamy texture resulting in a full flavoured wine with a desirable firm, phenolic finish.

Winemaking Notes
Made from our estate grown fruit, after picking the grapes were crushed. The juice produced was then placed in stainless steel tank and fermented in contact with it's skins - a technique normally used in red wine making. After pressing the wine was aged in older French Oak barrels. The wine was aged for 7 months with lees stirring periodically to enhance texture and complexity.
Food Matching
Asparagus and egg based dishes and the phenolics of the wine make it a great match with Pork Belly.
