A delightfully aromatic, lightly flavoured wine with a crisp, mineral acid finish. This wine has notes of white peach and nutmeg with a lingering savouriness.
Made from our estate grown fruit, after handpicking on February 18th February 2019, the grapes were whole bunch crushed then pressed. The juice produced was then placed directly into stainless steel tanks and the fermentation was carried out by natural yeast. The wine was aged in tank for 7 months with lees stirring periodically to enhance texture and complexity. Alc. 12.2%, cellaring up to 4 years.
This wine is excellent with shellfish, crudités, poultry or goat cheese and a crisp mixed salad.
Drink in sparkling sunshine with friends and freshly shucked oysters.
