Winemaking Notes
Made from our estate grown fruit, after handpicking both varieties, the grapes were whole bunch crushed then pressed. The juice produced (85% Marsanne, 15% Roussanne) was then placed directly in older French oak barrels. The wine was aged for 7 months with lees stirring periodically to enhance texture and complexity. Alc 13.2%, cellaring a further 5 years.
