Winemaking Notes
Made from grapes grown in our vineyards. This wine was made from Durif (73%), Shiraz (15%) and Malbec (12%) This wine was made by running the juice away from the skins before too much colour was obtained. After racking the juice was fermented in older oak barrels at a low temperature. The wine was matured in the barrel with lees stirring for texture and complexity for 7 months.
